Join us during the Surf Park Summit 2026 for a special workshop hosted by Chris Ryan, an architect, developer, and builder. Chris recently gave a TEDx Talk on creating Third Place developments. In this workshop, Chris will take developers on a journey to bridge the gap between a surf park idea and a viable development project. 

Developers will learn that the most important decisions in developing modern Third Places - from surf parks to other activity-driven destinations - happen long before construction begins. This workshop helps founders and small teams navigate those early stages strategically, turning bold ideas into viable projects that can actually move forward with confidence.
